Self-stacking Spiral Freezers

The core of the Zhaoxue Tower Spiral Freezer lies in its continuous self-stacking conveyor belt system, which achieves maximum freezing length within a minimal footprint. The product is evenly distributed on the bottom layer of the spiral conveyor. As the belt cycles, it stacks upon itself smoothly and seamlessly, carrying the product upward in a vertical spiral through a temperature-controlled enclosure. During this process, a high-airflow, high-velocity vertical cross-airflow system forces low-temperature air vertically through the product bed. This rapid heat exchange ensures the product quickly passes through the maximum ice crystal formation zone, optimizing quality retention. The fully frozen product is then discharged from the top layer, ready for packaging.

•CFD-optimized air ducts and adjustable flow plates ensure uniform air distribution across the entire product belt, guaranteeing consistent freeze quality and minimized dehydration loss.
