Project Background & Challenges
Located in Fiji's coastal region, the project faces harsh environmental conditions including high salt spray and humidity, demanding exceptional corrosion resistance and durability from all equipment.
Our Solutions
We have implemented a comprehensive high-standard design tailored for coastal environments:
1. Intelligent Control System
- Features a remote PLC centralized control system for automated monitoring and efficient operation.
2. High Corrosion‑Resistant Refrigeration System
- Refrigeration units are housed in S316 stainless steel shells for excellent corrosion resistance.
- Configured with one active and one standby unit to ensure continuous, stable operation.
3. Comprehensive Anti‑Corrosion Structural Design
- Condensers and evaporators are constructed from 316 stainless steel.
- Electrical control boxes are rated IP56, with internal wiring using cadmium-free, low-smoke marine-grade cables.
- The entire system's anti-corrosion design ensures long-term, reliable operation in harsh environments.
Project Progress
Phased Installation The project has commenced and is progressing in batches, with some insulation panels already installed.
Logistics Arrangement The second batch of equipment has recently been shipped to Fiji.
On‑Site Guidance Our engineers conducted on‑site installation guidance.
Next Phase Our installation team will arrive in Fiji in February 2026 to commence the next stage of installation and commissioning.
