Turkmenistan
A flagship industrial base integrating intelligent storage, high-efficiency sorting, and deep processing for modern food supply chains.
Project Overview
Location
Ashgabat, Turkmenistan
Total Scale
Approximately 10,000㎡
Project Background
This project is a national-level, large-scale, and efficient food supply chain cold storage solution, demanding exceptionally high refrigeration performance and system stability.
Our Solutions
We have divided the entire base into three main functional areas for collaborative operations and efficient management.
1. Intelligent Cold Chain Storage & Sorting Center
-
High-Speed Sorting Hub: Equipped with 4 independent sorting lines serving two sorting areas with a total area exceeding 2,300㎡
-
Daily Processing Capacity: Hundreds of tons, meeting high-turnover demands of e-commerce and retail channels
2. Precision Multi-Temperature Zone Storage System
Designed with 7 different temperature zones, including:
-
Precision Temperature-Controlled Rooms: Specially designed for sensitive fruits and vegetables like bananas at +13°C
-
General Cold Storage Rooms: -2/+14°C
-
Freezing Rooms: -25°C
-
Quick-Freezing Rooms: -35°C
-
High-Temperature Rooms: +20°C
3. Deep Processing & High Value-Added Production Zone
- Forming a closed-loop system from raw materials to high value-added finished products, achieving integrated industrial chain operations.
Technical Assurance
International Brand Components: Uses globally renowned brands such as Bitzer, Danfoss, Siemens, etc., with excellent performance and reliability under high-temperature conditions.
