2. The rubber inlet and outlet of the pump must be fitted with a rubber soft joint, and the filter and valve should be installed on the water pipe. The check valve and the gate valve should be installed on the water pipe, and the inlet and outlet pipes must be fixed.
3. In order to maintain the optimal running performance of the pump, a diffuser tube should be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump to reduce the loss of resistance. The flow rate of the diffuser nozzle should be: the suction pipe is not more than 1.3m/s, and the outlet pipe is not more than 2m/s.
4. Pressure gauges and thermometers should also be installed on the water outlet pipe of the pump to facilitate testing. Pressure gauges and thermometers should be installed in locations that are easy to observe and maintain, and be aware of environmental conditions that affect the accuracy of their measurements.
