The condenser is a heat exchange equipment, which uses the environment cooling medium (air or water) to take away the heat of the high temperature and high pressure refrigeration vapor from the compressor, so that the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant vapor can be cooled and condensed into the high pressure and normal temperature refrigerant liquid. It is worth mentioning that in the process of changing refrigerant vapor into refrigerant liquid, the pressure of condenser is constant and still high pressure.
The refrigerant liquid with high pressure and normal temperature can not be directly sent to the low-temperature evaporator. According to the corresponding principle of saturation pressure and saturation temperature, the pressure of the refrigerant liquid can be reduced, so as to reduce the temperature of the refrigerant liquid. The refrigerant liquid with high pressure and normal temperature is passed through the pressure reducing device - throttling element to obtain low temperature and low pressure refrigerant, which is then sent into the evaporator for heat absorption and evaporation. In daily life, capillary is often used as throttling element in refrigerators and air conditioners.
The evaporator is also a heat exchange device. After throttling, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid evaporates (boils) into vapor, absorbs the heat of the cooled substance, reduces the temperature of the substance, and achieves the purpose of freezing and refrigerating food. In the air conditioner, cool the surrounding air to cool and dehumidify the air. The lower the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant in the evaporator, the lower the temperature of the cooled substance. In the refrigerator, the evaporation temperature of the general refrigerant is adjusted at -26 C ~-20 C, and is adjusted to 5 C ~8 C in the air conditioner.
