1. Can you guarantee the production demand: The choice of cooling capacity is particularly important. If you choose small, you can't meet the production needs. If you choose big, it will cause waste. The enterprise can calculate the cooling capacity through the actual production needs, and after determining the cooling capacity, it is more clear in the selection of the chiller.
2, the choice of cooling mode: low-temperature chillers can be divided into air-cooled low-temperature chillers and water-cooled low-temperature chillers according to the cooling method. These two types have their own characteristics. The air-cooled units are placed outside without the machine room, and the installation is relatively simple; The water-cooled unit needs a machine room, and also needs to be equipped with a cooling tower and a cooling water pump. The installation is relatively troublesome, but the cooling efficiency is high and the operation is more stable.
3, the choice of the number of low-temperature chillers: generally choose 2 to 4 units, the unit should consider the possibility of mutual standby and switching use. In the same equipment room, a combined solution of different types and different capacity units can be used to save energy.
