There are limits to the number of starts per hour for electrically powered powerful devices. At the same time, whenever the equipment is operating in the most unfavorable state: the starting current is more than 10 times the rated value, and accordingly, the heating cable can be up to 100 times higher than when operating at nominal conditions. Increasing the current at start-up results in higher torque, resulting in a dynamic effect on the clutch, bearing and shaft for each shot.

The best level of industrial chiller is achieved when work is done throughout the entire shift. This requires choosing a chiller unit that will barely cover the maximum heat flux. In addition to precisely selecting the productivity of the device, different ways to reduce the transmit frequency can also be considered.
