Fully functional, high level industrial refrigeration plays an indispensable role in the success of food industry. In order to ensure that bananas can be grown in the suburban warehouse, to ensure the growth of bananas, in the world, the plants of the refrigerator are widely used for various purposes. The most commonly used refrigerant is anhydrous ammonia, also known as NH3, r-717 or simple ammonia. It is one of the most economical, and it plays a big role in a lot of USES. This chemical has other advantages, such as its excellent heat transfer characteristics and thermal properties. Unlike some other organisms, ammonia is biodegradable and does not affect the ozone layer.

Propane and propylene are commonly found in refineries or major chemical plants. As gases, their shortcomings are highly flammable, so these refrigerants can't be used in a fire or explosion environment.

Carbon dioxide is an environmentally friendly refrigerant because it is only a gas recovered from the atmosphere. It is mainly used in environments that require particularly low temperatures.

The core of the system is the compressor, which is also occasionally called a steam pump, which is responsible for the pumping of refrigerants, lowering and increasing the pressure. Various types of existence, such as rotary screw compressor, piston compressor and diaphragm compressor.

Evaporators also play an equally important role. It absorbs heat and allows the heat to evaporate the refrigerant into steam and allow the heat to supercharge the remaining steam.
